Safety checks are recommended once a year (annually) to ensure your family’s safety. Your safety is our number one priority . We know what to look for and how to remedy if it isn’t safe. You (the homeowner)should test the safety features yourself as directed by your manufacturers recommendations. Monthly is most common for openers safety tests and annually tests for a garage door itself to avoid…voiding your warranty. 

Smooth operation A simple squeak or slight thump may be more than an annoyance. It’s your door letting your know it needs to be serviced. It’s similar to your automobile requiring maintenance. Did you know the garage door always malfunctions when you have to leave or arrive?
